Coastguard Aids Paramedics
The person was located on the Headlands.
Peel Coastguard was called to assist the ambulance with a casualty on the Old Baths beach near Peel.
The person was located on the Headlands.
Having helped rescue the person, the Coastguard carried out a search of the beach to check for any more casualties as there were a large number of teenagers gathered there.
It said: ‘As the tide was coming in and it was getting darker, they were advised to leave the beach for there own safety. Once the teenagers had safely left via the narrow slippy path which was at this time the only exit, the team returned to the station. ‘
