The island’s newest on-call fire fighters have had their passing out parade and are ready to serve our island.
Having completed their training, they were presented by certificates by Chief Fire Officer Mark Christian.
Representing Laxey, Kirk Michael and Douglas, the 2023 recruits Marc Marshall, Jon Crossley, Noah Mayne, Tom Cain, Charley Anderson and Tom McCrory were trained by lead instructor Murray Halsall.
The recruits not only received their certificates at the ceremony, but were able to demonstrate their new skills to their family and friends.
