Police Identify Dog Poo Suspect

Police in the north of the island say they believe the person who smeared dog poo on the window of a cafe has left the island.

The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team said: ‘A report was received by the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team regarding the recent incident whereby dog excrement was smeared on a window of a business premises.
‘At this stage we have identified a suspect and enquiries are ongoing. We are aware of the impact incidents such as this have on our local community and will provide updates when the investigation is concluded.
‘At this stage we believe the suspect has left the island.’
