Pedestrian Suffers Minor Injuries in Bray Hill Collision

Police say a pedestrian suffered minor injuries in a road traffic collision at the bottom of Bray Hill last night.

A car and a pedestrian were involved in the incident that happened around 6pm yesterday evening (Monday).

The collision left a pedestrian with minor injuries and was initially taken to hospital to be checked over, however the person was later released with no serious injury caused.

A multi-agency response of police officers and paramedics arrived at the scene, with officers there for around two hours.

The road was closed from the junction of Bray Terrace and Stoney Road and re-opened at around 8pm.

The Constabulary added that enquiries are ongoing with witnesses to establish what has happened
