Annie Get Your Tickets

There’s no business like business and there’s no show like Annie Get Your Gun.

The Manx Operatic Society is back at the Gaiety Theatre with Irving Berlin’s rootin’ tootin‘ musical that is bringing a touch of the wild west experience to the Isle of Man.

We’ve had a sneak peek of the show and, unsurprisingly, it is looking really good and will only look better on the Gaiety Stage.

Kate Cowley’s Annie Oakley leads a simple life in a backwater town, but her life changes when she meets Daniel-Sebastian Gray’s Frank Butler and the most iconic character of the Wild West Buffalo Bill, brought to life by Phil Bird.

From there none of their lives will be the same as their travelling show puts them in contact with kings and queens, white glove clad ladies (it’ll make sense on the night) and the almost mythical Chief Sitting Bull.

With a tremendous ensemble cast and with tunes that’ll have you dancing in your seat, you can’t go wrong with a good song and you definitely can’t go wrong with an evening with the Manx Operatic Society.
