Tomorrow’s show is still due to go on

Tonight’s Young Farmers’ Concert has been cancelled.

The show is still due to be on tomorrow and Saturday.

Isle of Man Young Farmers said: ‘We are unbelievably gutted that tonights opening night of the Young Farmers Concert has been cancelled due to the predicted bad weather. We will be in contact with all programme sponsors throughout the day to sort tickets for tomorrow evening or offer a refund.

‘We are so sorry to all those who have planned to come this evening, we really appreciate your support and hope you manage to get the newly released tickets for Friday or Saturdays Concert. All information can be found on the Villa Gaiety website or on the email about your booking that you should have received.’

The Villa Gaiety said: ‘Affected customers have been emailed with the options available to them. If you haven’t received an email, please get in touch with your booking details at villagaiety@gov.im

‘Due to high call volumes, we ask that you avoid calling the box office at this time.

‘All events on Friday and Saturday remain unaffected. For further info, visit villagaiety.com/weather.’
