Final Shows Scrapped as Winds Roll in

Strong winds will bring the curtain down early on Gandey’s K-Pop Dragon Circus as both of its final day shows are cancelled.

The circus, which has been wowing audiences near the TT Grandstand during its latest Isle of Man visit, confirmed that performances scheduled for Sunday (March 29) will no longer go ahead due to forecast high winds.

In a statement, organisers said: ‘Unfortunately, we have made the decision to cancel both shows this Sunday due to expected high winds.

‘Please contact the Box Office if you have purchased tickets to one of Sunday’s performances to reschedule. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.’

The cancellation means an earlier-than-planned end to the circus’s run on the island, which began earlier this month.

Gandey’s latest show, a colourful ‘K-Pop Dragon Circus’ production, features a mix of high-energy performances, including daring motorbike stunts inside the Globe of Death, traditional Chinese acts and plenty of comedy along the way.

Led by ringmaster Joel and clown La Loka, the show follows the story of a baby dragon on a journey to be reunited with its mother, all set to a soundtrack of K-pop and western pop hits.
