As Kinky Boots nears the end of its run at the Gaiety (some tickets still available), the production company behind it has highlighted the importance of sponsors.

Kinky Boots is on until Saturday August 12 and you can get your tickets here.

While the big-hearted musical extravaganza has wowed audiences, all productions require sponsors and money to bring them to the Gaiety Theatre and for Kinky Boots, one of those is Synapse360.

The award-winning cloud technology company, which has bases here and in Manchester, is a gold sponsor of the show, which is led by a predominantly local cast.

Matt James, co-founder of Taylorian Productions, said: ‘Over the last few months our cast and crew have rehearsed tirelessly to make this a production to remember and we are sure Island audiences are in for an absolute treat.

‘Of course, without the commitment of companies like Synapse360, productions like this simply wouldn’t go ahead so I would like to sincerely thank them for their invaluable support and in helping the Island’s musical theatre scene thrive.’

Steve Douglas, MD of Synapse, added: “We are delighted to once again team up with Taylorian Productions as they bring this heart warming and highly popular musical to life. Synapse 360 is a global business but with our roots firmly entrenched in the Isle of Man and we remain committed to supporting the community we live and work in.

‘Taylorian Productions is a superb example of a community-run organisation and we wish them every success during the run.’
