Met Office: Island at Risk

What does Ronaldsway Met Office know that the rest of us don’t?

The gov’s five day forecast has said that the coming days will be hot and humid.

However, the forecast for Saturday says: ‘Remaining warm and humid with mist and fog expected more widely with the best of the sunshine in the north of the island. ‘

It adds: ‘All island at risk overnight into Sunday.’

What this risk is, we don’t know, it could be anything, it could be a new gov project destined to go many times over its multi-million pound price tag, it could be a new species of cat that has opposable thumbs, or it may just be from a bit of wind.

Only time will tell, just be careful out there!

The Met Office has since updated its forecast to say the island is at risk of fog. Or at least that’s what the cats want us to believe…
