Pupdate!
The pup is in rehab
Manx Wildlife Trust has provided an update on the seal pup rescued from Fenella Beach last week.
The pup had been monitored by volunteers for over 24 hours and with no signs of its mother and its low weight it was determined to be the best thing for its welfare.
In an update, the charity said: ‘The pup taken off Fenella beach to the seal rehab centre last week was underweight and malnourished and has had electrolytes and fluids at the vets so watch this space for updates on his progress.’
