An application has been submitted to turn a salon into a children’s play area.
Ellis Brown Architects has submitted the plans (24/00389/C) for the first floor of 9 – 11 Duke Street Douglas on behalf of its client Allland Ltd.
If approved, the play area would be open seven days a week from 9am to 9pm with a plan for five to six staff and between 20 and 25 children per day.
