Mobile Sauna Proposed for North
If approved it would be based near the town’s RNLI station.
Plans have been submitted for a mobile sauna for Ramsey’s Queen’s Promenade.
If approved it would be based between Ben my Chree (now demolished) and Blue Skies near the town’s RNLI station.
The application (23/01433/B) requests permission for the sauna to be installed for up to one year. Measuring at 4m long, it is capable of accommodating up to 10 people at a time.
If approved, the sauna would be open for hire for seven days a week between 8.30am and 11.30am and 4pm and 5pm during the week and 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm on weekends.
It is proposed that the sauna will be on site for year, commencing once any planning approval is final.
The sauna is designed to be able to be moved from the site in the event of bad weather or flooding.
