L’Experience left its home at the bottom of Summer Hill and moved into the Regency Hotel in 2020.
Since then, the former restaurant building has been waiting for a new tenant and now it looks like it may have one.
Darren Jones of Fit Hub Limited has submitted the application (23/01448/C) to convert the restaurant to training studios.
The business already operates a popular hub in Ramsey.
Documents submitted as part of the application shows plans for three studios as well as the usual toilet facilities etc.
