Cycling Club Heading to Ireland

Cycling Club Isle of Man has announced it will be returning to the prestigious Irish stage race the Rás Tailteann in 2023.

The Rás Tailteann is one of the most important events on the Irish cycling calendar.

Cycling Club made its competitive debut at the race last year, scoring several top-10 finishes.

The club said: ‘This year’s Rás is expected to be one of the toughest in recent seasons, but Cycling Club Isle of Man will be heading to the race with big ambitions. The race takes place between May 17 and 21. It will start in Navan, County Meath, and travels across the country to Ennis in County Clare, before returning to finish in Blackrock, County Louth.

‘We will announce our roster for the race in the coming weeks, as well as some exciting race news. Cycling Club Isle of Man is beginning its second season after making its debut last year. The primary aim of the team is to give young cyclists from the Isle of Man an opportunity to race at the highest level.
