Sienna Helps Send England to Semis

Isle of Man hockey player Sienna Dunn helped England beat Germany in the quarter-finals of this year’s FIH Hockey Women’s Junior World Cup.

The tournament is currently taking place in Chile  and Dunn played a key role in her side edging past the Germans.

The 18-year-old former King William’s College student won a penalty corner  which directly led to Scarlett Spavin’s decisive goal in the 39th minute as England won 1-0 at the Centro Deportivo de Hockey Césped, Estadio Nacional.

Dunn and her team-mates will now face the Netherlands in the semi-final tomorrow (Friday) as they bid for a place in Sunday evening’s final.
