Medical Emergency Onboard
This evening’s Liverpool sailing will be slightly delayed, but passengers are still asked to check in as normal.
The Manannan’s sailing to Liverpool turned back this afternoon after a medical emergency onboard.
Manannan has now again departed for Liverpool.
The Steam Packet said: ‘The vessel was met by an ambulance in port and the casualty was transferred ashore into the care of medical professionals. Manannan will resume its scheduled sailing as soon as possible.’
As a result of the emergency onboard, this evening’s Liverpool sailing will be slightly delayed, but passengers are still asked to check in as normal.
