VIDEO: We Speak to TT Fans Who Have Fallen for the Island

As TT 2025 rolls on, it turns out the bikes aren’t the only thing making noise. Visitors are getting properly into the island – not just the racing, but the place itself.

In a bunch of off-the-cuff chats with Sadie Gilbert, racegoers told us they’re starting to see the Isle of Man in a whole new light. One group over from Ireland said they were loving the people and the peace and quiet – ‘The smell of petrol’s just a bonus,’ one of them joked.

A pair from Durham said the low crime, strong sense of community and ridiculously good scenery had them thinking: could we actually live here?

Meanwhile, a group holed up near Bray Hill said their rental was so nice – and the locals so sound – they were ‘halfway to putting an offer in’.

This story’s part of our TT 2025 collab with Locate Isle of Man, digging into why more and more visitors are eyeing up a move to the Island.
