A hidden gem of a Christmas film. Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris in the height of their early noughties American silliness. It’s like a frat party version of The Holiday. Still as nauseating but the sicky feeling comes from excessive eggnog and smoke inhalation from decorations being set on fire as opposed to Jude Law and Cameron Diaz overcoming their privileged LA/Cotswold barriers to fall in love.
