Delissimo Set to Hit Ramsey!

Douglas favourites Delissimo are taking their sandwiches and deliveries north, with a brand-new spot planned for Ramsey.

Fans of the Port Jack café will soon be able to enjoy their lunchtime favourites closer to home, and yes, the delivery van will be making the trip too!

Delissimo posted the news on Facebook, giving a glimpse behind the scenes of the decision:

‘A few months ago, we hit one of those big, dramatic crossroads, you know, the kind where you stare into the distance like you’re in a movie montage… Staff shortages, seven-day weeks, crazy-busy shifts, little kids… it all piled up at once.

‘We even put Delissimo and our catering arm, Appetites, up for sale. Offers came in! But something just didn’t sit right.

‘Maybe it was pride, maybe madness, maybe a sprinkle of both… but the offers didn’t match the heart, soul, and sheer graft we’ve poured into this business.

‘So, guess what? We’re not just staying… we’re doubling down. Delissimo – Ramsey is on the way! Stay tuned—big updates incoming!’

It sounds like the team at Delissimo aren’t letting the challenges of hospitality slow them down!
