The Dining Car returns to the rails later this month, with Isle of Man Transport promoting a wider range of special events throughout the year.

Starting on March 29, the Dining Car has events scheduled through to the end of October.

Beginning with the Friday night Italian Job on Friday March 29, the schedule includes the Thursday Pie and Mash trains, Curry Clubs and special themed events throughout the season.

Unlike in previous years, the Pie and Mash trains will only run to Castletown. Some of the three-course dinners will go to Port Erin.

The TT Commuter service is also back with evening services. Tickets are priced at £22 which ‘includes one-way travel and a tasty bap on this service’.
