Kiki Lounge Launches ‘Company of the Month’

If your office morale is currently at an all time low, Kiki Lounge is here to save 2026.

The bar has unveiled a brand-new initiative called Company of the Month 2026, designed purely to give Manx workplaces something to look forward to, other than the occasional fire drill (Gef does love a fire drill) and that one colleague who goes away and brings back sweets.

Each month next year, one lucky local business will be crowned Company of the Month, unlocking a whole pile of perks for their entire team.

And when we say perks, we’re not talking about a branded pen and a handshake.

We’re talking free venue hire for socials, meetings or pretending you’re having a meeting.

But not just that, Happy Hour prices all day, every day, including: 2-4-£16 cocktails, £4 pints of Stella, £20 bottles of house wine or Prosecco, 3-4-£16 bar snacks, £5 non-alc cocktails (for the responsible friend who has to herd everyone home).

Kiki Lounge says it wants to celebrate the ‘brilliant companies that keep this island running’, which we feel is a very polite way of acknowledging that half of us are one spreadsheet away from a meltdown and could use a drink.

Getting involved is easy, simply nominate your company in the comments of KiKi Lounge’s post, they will slide into your DMs with the details, twelve companies will be drawn in December and assigned their month and then you’ll get a reminder nearer the time, because no one trusts Outlook calendars anymore.
