This weekend sees a celebration of Holi and everyone is invited!

Holi is a Hindu celebration of the arrival of spring after the winter, and the promise of the harvest to come.

It is a time for fun! Families and friends bring traditional brightly coloured powders to throw at each other, or in the air, and to smear on faces.

The celebration has been organised by Kurries and Steaks at the Manx Fun Farm in Onchan on Sunday between 2.30pm and 5pm.

Ticket price includes tasty street food snacks and a set of Holi colour powders.

The venue of the field at the Manx Fun Farm is perfect for this event with plenty of space in which to run around, dance and create a colourful communal spectacle, with the powders dancing in the wind to carry messages of love, harmony, and happiness.

Funds raised from this event are in support of two charities: Pahar Trust Nepal, and Breast Cancer Now Volunteering in the Isle of Man.
