Maddie Rules the High Street

Gourmet Shakes‘s Maddie Crellin has been crowned as Douglas Customer Service Champion for 2023.

Mayor Janet Thommeny presented Maddie with the Customer Service trophy and a plaque. For coming first Maddie also received a £150.00 voucher to any city centre business of her choice and chose JD Sport.

Later on this year she will also receive her VIP Pass to the Tower Insurance Tower of Refuge Walk (you might also have noticed Maddie on the Billboards.im screen at Pulrose Bridge).

Chris Elvin from Boots came a close second and opted for a £100 M&S voucher. Coming in third was Peter Boussougou from Your M&S – Douglas who for his prize went for a £50 M&S voucher.

Douglas City Centre Management said: ‘MASSIVE well done to Maddie and all of this years amazing nominees for taking part. BIG thank you also to everyone who took the time to vote.’
