Somewhat Snow Day Evening Updates
Late afternoon wintery showers are not expected to clear until around 9pm, but gritters will be out salting the main routes.
It’s kinda not been a snow day, but with the weather due to get a bit wintry again tonight, here we go.
Late afternoon wintery showers are not expected to clear until around 9pm, but gritters will be out salting the main routes.
The Mountain Road will remain closed overnight from Barrule Park in Ramsey to the Creg Ny Baa. The closure will be reviewed mid morning tomorrow so the Mountain will not be open for the morning commute.
The Archallagan plantation road from The Hope to Foxdale Road will remain closed until an assessment can be carried out tomorrow.
The NSC outdoor facilities, including those at the regional sites will remain closed.
Ronaldsway is up and running and most flights are running to time, but the Heathrow flight this afternoon was cancelled, as were this morning’s Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham flights.
