Ravens Take Flight

The return of Frank Jones is the only change for the Ravens’ squad this weekend, as they bid to continue their improved form.

With relegation fears now fading into the rear view mirror, Paul Jones’ men are looking upward with designs on a good end to the season.

This weekend sees the Ravens head to Prestwich Heys, with the seventh placed side going through a period of mixed form, winning four and losing two of their last six.

The previous game between the two saw the Greater Manchester side win 3-0 at the Bowl with three second half goals.

But, these are different times for the Ravens, they have looked more confident and controlled in recent weeks, with an impressive 4-1 over Irlam and 1-0 win away at Ashton last week.

Saturday will be a big test of where the team is going, not just this season, but as they look to a better second season in the Premier Division.
